Issues help tryin to keep my beast alive

1999 z1 chevy pickup 2500 v8 5.7 has
flashing check engine light running a little
hotter than usual. Check engine light only
flashes once in a while but when it does my
truck runs hot and on passenger side floor
kennel gets so hot causes undercarage to
smoke into cab I'm a puzzled lady here help.

Looks like you may have a clogged catalytic converter
Also replaced parts radiator, heater core hose n quick connect...blew last week, doing same kinda stuff flashing check engine running hot,...same time two plug wires all plugs, New distributer cap n rotor...sealed down with a sealer...New fuel lines n fuel filter, New donut gascuts New headers both second tranny plz help btw haven't replaced thermostat I know my truck n I know she's hot but not too hot to over heat only place that over heats is passenger floor board sometimes starts smoking into cab I'm confused can't afford to take it to shop so I diy please ideas clueless but not hopless woman here!

But there is good pressure comming out cat as far as I can tell... Seems to be pushing out pretty good with a hand check is that good enough
Problem solved a spark plug wire can completely off plug... All is well no more smokin hot floor or bs
