what happened?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Truck over heated and shut off, still won't start. Water/coolant is empty but nothing boiled
over. Oil is not milky but thin. Fuel pump will not come on. Just had the water pump
replaced about 3 weeks ago. Any ideas? TIA
