1998 k1500 cyl. 1 misfire

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Replaced distributor wires plugs getting spark to
cylinder one remove the plug from wire no change
in idle. Truck has 233k all original except new
distributor which made my random misfire code
turn into po301 also fuel pressure around 55 60
underload. Left the gauge on over night with
pressure in it went down to 40 psi over 12 hours
new fuel filter too new plugs.

I also hear no signs of valve problems straight piped it too it is a farm truck!

Considering just doing intake gaskets just because but how do I test these spider injectors
