my tail lights, break lights and instruments cluster all will not light up. I want to know which fuse needs to be changed?

If you check the fuse panel, on the lower left side on the dash, it should be fairly obvious which fuse has blown and needs to be replaced. Also your owners will tell you which fuse controls the lights and instrument cluster.
