Is a radiator 305 the same as a radiator 350 in a 1997 chevy 1500 silverado?

yes. Radiator Core Size: The height and width of the central part of the radiator, between the tanks and the side pieces. Consists of parallel rows of tubes and fins. Rows: The number of rows refers to the number of parallel rows of tubes in the core. Engine Oil Coolers (EOC): Some models were originally equipped with an Engine Oil Cooler mounted in the radiator. On models not originally equipped with an Engine Oil Cooler, the oil cooler portion of the radiator is simply not used.
