Hello, I am a lady with a 1997 chev 1500, pour antifreeze in the radiator, its pours back out from under the truck, but not from the radiator, can someone tell me what this may be, their is no water mixing with oil, the engine is a 5.7 vortex

Might be the lower radiator hose, water pump, heater hoses... It needs to be inspected to know for certain. Worst case scenario freeze plug on the block. If you are forced to drive it, keep it to short trips and do not let it overheat. Get it looked at right away.
