why would my tail lights and dash lights go out when the fuses good on a 97 Chevy s10 2.2 liter

2ford Taurus 1no motor clean title 2only for parts 3134276071 must sell Detroit

The dash and taillights are on the same circuit. If the fuse is good the it has to be a bad connection somewhere.
