engine fuses belong?

starting problems with 1995 cheyenne 8cyl....4wd...looking at fuses, fuel solenoid 20 amp fuse missing...literature says only for diesel engines is this fuse used...when i place into acc mode, power is going to this fuse in my gas engine....does it belong?
