my 94 silvarado taillights are not working, I checked all bulbs and circuit boards. Can the problem be in the headlight switch . It is loose?

when you turn the lights on, do the front parking lights work? if not I am guessing your dash lights don't work either which indicates a bad fuse, or switch as it is loose? However, if your front parking lights work, then you will most likely have a bad ground at the rear light harness, there is a ground wire are the rear on the driver side of truck near taillight, just bolts right to the frame, fix that ground by wire brushing the frame to clean metal, and that should fix you up.
