Check your crankshaft sensor and also give your throttle body a good cleaner, use a good cleaner such as CRC...

I will try that. Dont i need rebuild kit for throttle body as well. I figure those filter screens r probably crap also. Do u think sock on fuelpump may play a role? Willcheck cranksensor .

Need to check fuel pressure at the TBI, it needs to be 9 to 12 lbs. and to be able to hold that pressure, not bleed off. Start by replacing the fuel filter, this can cause low pressure at the TBI.

im finding it hard to find info on crank sensor for my 94... I don't think it has one.. does it????

No crank sensor, no cam shaft sensor, that started 1996 with the vortec motor.
