my dust pan on my 1993 chevy silverado got dented and the flywheel is hitting it will it be ok to leave it off

There is no ground single coming from the ecm to the injectors. I have replaced the ecm and throttle position, air idle, and map sensors. I also checked the ground wires and cleaned the conections.
