How to replace a broken rear-speaker cover?

I want to get Toyota expert DavidH25 to answer this my answer would be to take a knife to the intersection of the trim ring and start pryin' but no doubt there is a more elegant solution...I'll send him a PM and see if he can answer this with any authority~

What do you mean usually?? I am always right. Hey, just kidding, I posted a couple bone head answers yesterday. Anyway, to replace: Open the rear doors and get into the backseat. Face the rear deck where the speakers are mounted and locate the plastic cover on the side of each speaker cover. Pull up on the cover to remove it from the frame. The cover will be connected to the frame by a thin plastic tab and will fold out when you pull up on the cover. Remove the screws from the frame using the Phillips head screwdriver.
