Is there a temporary fix for a crack in the plastic top of my '95 camry radiator?

my car overheated and a 4" crack developed in the top of my radiator. I tried to epoxy it
by that didn't work. I need to repair the crack to get the car home, temperatures have
been below O.

Temporarily .....with the engine cold....remove radiator cap and try a two part epoxy again. Lightly sand the crack and apply the epoxy. The surface must be CLEAN. Check with a auto parts store an see if they have a low pressure Rad. cap.....7lb. cap. The primary question was raised above....what caused the car to overheat? That needs to be answered before you spend a lot of $$$$ on a new radiator

I've replaced my radiator since originally asking this question. Now I have an Extreme leak coming from the back side of the engine. As I originally said; the temperature was below 0 at the time and the car sat for 3 days, could I have blown a freeze plug? docwellfish
to late now but bondo would have fixed it...
Made mine last a year or more using jb weld high pressure bond. Mine was plastic on top. Replaced at u pull it 40 bucks. Used Lexus cross radiator worked great.
