Yeah, as far as I know Camry/Corolla are made in Ohio, but I think the MR2 is still a Japanese car.

It's made in Japan. First character of the VIN is J.

This car (well at least mine) was made in japan as mentioned below with the 'J' in the VIN. Too bad its not made anymore....
