car act like it wants to cut off when ac or heater is turned on

Hello I have a 2004 toyota camry. When I turn on
the ac or the heater my car acts as if it wants to
turn off..helppppp..the check engine light is on as
well. Also after I have it hooked up to the code
reader it idles up n down n jerks lightly when I
mash the gas while I'm driving

I would start be cleaning or replacing your Idle Air Control Valve. But it should have thrown an error code. What codes did your car give you? Please post them.
