Tail lights and dash lights are out

My tail lights and the dash lights are out, but
headlights are still on. I came to this website
because it said there were eight answers and all I
can see are the questions and the problems but
how do you access the answers? It’s a 2004
Toyota Corolla. I am using my iPhone to access
the site and I can’t even put the make or model in
where the section is that asked for that.

I've looked behind the glove compartment before and I didn't see anything. The one fuse just keeps blowing, tail light/dashboard light blows instantly as soon as you switch on the lights. I replaced all 4 bulb (front and back). I also replaced the license plate lights. I'm looking for the relays. I'll still keep looking for it. All the turn single lights work using the other elements inside the bulbs. Is there a certain name of these relays? https://www.autogenius.info/toyota-corolla-2005-2007-fuse-box-diagram/ I'm looking at this diagram. Perhaps the daytime running lights relay? Thanks for your answer. I'll check behind the glove compartment again.
