Did you mean to say It's not seating correctly? If so just buy another or if you can find the gasket replace that. Good Luck!

My check engine light came on and I had it checked and the code was indicating that the gas cap might not be sealing tight enough. My brother said to google and find out how many "clicks" should I do when I put my gas cap back on after refueling. It only clicks one time when I do that so I am assuming it is only ONE. But I thought I would check anyway. Toyota did not know what I meant. duh. Do you know?
