i just buy a set of tires side 205-75-r 15 can i put on the Toyota Camry 2000 ???

As long as you have clearance you can do whatever you want . you might check the weight rating and make sure that it's at least close it could possibly mess with your computer a little bit if the tire was drastically shorter or taller but I doubt it I'm guessing the standard size is 215 70. Those two tiers are the same height as well as a 225 60

I just thinking the last number cannot change 15 it has to be a car that takes 15s not 14 or16
