The AC button is flashing when I turn it on and it does not cool the air.

This is indicating a problem with your AC system, either electronic inside the system or inside the climate control head, that will need to be checked by a dealership with Toyota computer diagnostic tools.

I do not know where to turn the A/C on. It is a new care and I never uses A/C Please tell me where I find the instruction.
