1999 Toyota Corolla, I have had for 2 years, since I have had it when I try to
fill up the gas pump cuts off like the tank is full but it is not. What could be the
problem? I have no check engine light on. Could it be a line that needs to be
blown out, clogged up. I am going to see if a line is clogged and even if not I
will blow out the lines

EVAP system probably. When you put gas in the air and fumes must go somewhere... and to prevent the fumes from coming back in your face and in to tha air we all breathe there is a system called EVAP where the fumes are passed through a charcoal canister to be absorbed then purged back through intake when you start the car. So Yes, it could be a blocked vent, but more likely the vent valve. click for full screen
I don't know what 'lines' you intend to blow out but recommend not just blow compressed air everywhere
...yes can be a line !!!! fn is rightt...ive cleaned many of these systems and have not had to buy any parts.. so it will be quite obvious if you take off the line/s and charcoals stuck/falls out.. ..clean then out..also rap on the charcoal box and let it resettle in the down position it will / is be mounted in the car..
Better explanation and image than mine Kelly. My compliments
Same problem with 2002 camry, took the vent hose off evap system and it was full of spider webs and nests. Cleaned it out and it solved the problem.
