Can't find 10 amp A/C fuse in 1998 Avalon
Book says it's under the pass. side kick panel. Open it up, no fuse or fuse link, any idea where this fuse actually is? Thanks.

According to the manual there should be a 10 amp fuse for the air conditioner next to some square things (relays?), but there is nothing under the kick plate resembling the illustration in the manual....
