What are the best tires for the 98 Camry driving stop and go mostly?

Michelins are always a safe bet. Every set of Michelins I've ever seen replaced has been due to cracking with age, not loss of tread. Goodyear or BF Goodrich tires are an inexpensive second choice, like the Goodyear Viva 2 Touring.
