2000 corvette wipers will activate when making a sharp turn to the left..and the wiper lever won't work??..

i think your wiper switch is coming apart

But the wiper switch movs normally..its not loose or anything..infakt if ii move it to a higher speed it will respond just won't shut down the wipers..also if ii step on the kar that will turn on the wipers too..ii must make a sharp left in order for them to stop..

hmm look at the wires that run down the column from the switch it might be that it is shorted
