I wentt to Nationwide auto center in Brockton Ma 1104 N Montello st today to test drive a BMW that was listed on Carguru for $9300.00 and loved the car and no sooner did I arrive back from the test drive for the worker Rama to come running out to inform me that Georgio the owner listed the car wrong on Cargurus after 200 days on the lot of which Rama had verified the price at $ 9300 prior to me taking the car out for a test drive. They are a misleading and unprofessional car dealership I would think twice before going to this establishment never ind mind entertaining the fact of purchasing a car from them.
If your state has a law that requires car dealers to sell at the lowest advertised price you could complain to the the appropriate law enforcement agency.
Nissian of Boerne,Texas advertisers a 2019 Nissian Sentra for $14,400 however wouldn’t sell us the car which was a cash deal no trade without purchasing a $1,300 “Protection Package” which is car wash oil changes tire rotation we don’t want don’t live in the area. This is false advertisement!

Hey all. Don't see a link or anything to so I'm just going to say it outright. I had pretty bad experience with a dealership called TNT motors in Bronx ny. I am a new driver and because of corona and the travel constrictions I made the mistake of wanting to buy a car online and having it delivered to my house. Contacted them about a mini cooper that I wanted to purchase so I put the deposit down to reserve it until I got the paper work sorted out. Long story short the car ended up disappearing from the car gurus website (they took it down) and they kept my deposit, even when they failed to mention whether or not it was nonrefundable. Supposedly they took it down to make room for more inventory, which is scarce looking anyway. Will NEVER do business with them again and maybe even any dealership in New York. They are nothing but low and underhanded, sleazy con artists. Will be sure to let others know as well. Just awful!

I was in the process of buying a car at Bergen County Auto Group in New Jersey. I put a $500.00 deposit on the car and they accepted it.. The next day I called to speak to the finance manager and was told he would call me back. That was a Saturday. I called on Monday and was told my car was sold. very poor communication and lots of frustration. this is what gives car dealers a bad rap. Terrible communication and NO customer service
