Hello Mr. Jack_Peyton, There are just way too many reasons to list here. I'm going to refer you to a site that will allow you to troubleshoot your problem. http://www.autozone.com/UseCase,S001/UserAction,viewSimpleDiagInfo/Parameters,info/getInTheZone.htm 1. Click on "Feels" 2. Click on "Engine loses power" 3. Click on "Driving" 4. Click ON "Engine" It will give a list of items to check. Hopefully one of them will be able to be fixed (cheap!!) before you get stranded. Best of luck!

My 2004 Cambry XLE engine stops while driving, 75,000 miles, all PM up to date, this is first problem since I purchased. If I stop, turn off engine, and restart it runs for a few minutes. In the old days this would be a fuel filter clog. Last couple times the check engine light came on.
