vibrations felt through the body between 52 and 64mph. balancing tires does not work

My mechanic can not find the reason for vibrations. Has looked at drive shaft and replaced U joints. Moving tires around, including the spare, has not changed the frequency of vibration.

Has he dynamically balanced the driveshaft? If the driveshaft is not straight and properly weighted, it can cause driveline vibration.

Your tires may be wearing unevenly causing vibrations at certain speeds. I would suggest evaluating your tires for uneven wear as well as have a front end alignment performed. I
