94 camery wont start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 94 Toyota Camry that won't start. It will not
turn over and does not click. No power to the
starter and no power to the dash lights. Wont start
even while being jumped, Does anyone have any
idea where to go from here?

I waited about ten minutes. Ill try again but if that doesnt work what next?
