Wanna get my baby back on the road

Hey all I have 91 toyota camry and I was driving down the
freeway when my car began to rumble and eventually quit. I
opened the hood and saw oil on the bottom of my hood. I
had my dad bring me. Oil and a new oil cap but the car
won't turn over now. I just need some guidance I greatly
appreciate your help! Just want to get her running again.

What Engine is in this vehicle? Well....I'm afraid this scenario does not sound good. If you ran out of oil...and...the engine started making a "rumbling" noise"...and now "won't turn over"...you may have seized the Engine. How much OIL was added to bring her to the full mark?. I would be tempted to remove the spark plugs and attempt a Compression test of each cylinder. If the Engine will not CRANK OVER with a fully charged battery for the compression test.....you most likely need an engine tear down for inspection to determine engine damage. Get back to us with result.
