How To Time a 1991 Toyota Celica Convertable

I recently bought this car and replaced timing belt, Oil pump pulley that was broke, and the water pump.  First time
doing a timing job so i'm really familiar with with how to re time it. Wont start, i can tell it's miss-firing. Do i have to
pull it all apart  again or is there an better way?? Please help

tom...bought the car not running with broken belt so everything is wayyyy outta wack!! I need a picture of exactly where to set crankshaft as well as cam shaft pulleys. the car is so old and has so many marks on everywhere... i do see sight hole as well as dimple on cam pulley...please help
