how to adjust idle

need to know how to adjust the idle if even possible

is preset from factory,cant adjust,posability,check for vacume leak.

I believe this is controlled through the ECM and cannot be manually adjusted.

On the 1994 Tercel the idle can be adjusted with a flat top screwdriver. I believe the 1991-1994 are the same. See attached image.

Kyle you are right jest perches a 1992 for my wife with only 62.00 miles and it had a high idel. Look at your picture and no more high idel thanks.

That is the main idle set screw, the other ones that have paint marks are not to be messed with at all. I know the preset turn count is light bottom out clockwise, the 1 and 1/4 counter clockwise the screw has an o ring on it so be careful it's an odd size/ thickness. Without a tach it's hard to find true rpm but that's hot or cold and ac working 850-975 rpm manual.
