What was the original price of a 1987 Toyota MR2?

They started the Supercharged model at $16,500 msrp for 1987, and 1988 it was at $17,500 msrp. I would guess that the base models were about $2,000 less.

I think my '86 was $14,000 I don't remember if it was base or loaded... probably somewhere slightly above base
