my 1987 chevy blazer full size rear drum is stuck how can i fix it?

spray wd 40 around lug nut studs and center hole in drum let soak,take hammer beat the hell of outside drum this will close breaks a little,then carfully hit outside of drum be carfull not to hit lug stud,try prying hub off will not hurt nothing once it starts coming off just keep prying top to bottom.if have to pull other side might slide right if not repeate on that side to .

That's exactly what I would suggest -- the BFH or "big freakin' hammer." It's an old trick I learned junking cars -- sometimes you find them where they've sat so long the drums have seized. It's better than a parking brake! :)
