1966 Caprice Production Numbers

Hello, In 1966, there were about 50 Caprice 427's, the big collector engine for that year. I could not find any numbers on the 396 unfortunately, but do know that having a 396 increases the value of a Caprice by 10%. This indicates that there were significantly fewer of these cars produced. I hope this helps CarGrrl

the 396 was pretty common in 66. although it is still a rare combo. there was 181,000 built how many were 396 it doesn't say
