'78 Classic question!

Question type: Car Customization

Heya! My Caprice has a 350 in it, I was wondering what kind of tranny it has? The TH350 or the TH200 ? Also, it only has one catalytic converter.. right? I don't have any jackstands so I've never seen the underbody of the car. I would like to know if I should replace the stock cat with a hi-flow one, because the v8 is pretty emissions choked as you can imagine.
Also, any other ideas to make the ol' girl last ( has 200,000 miles on it ) would be greatly appreciated!

it should have the TH350 in it....i think that it don't have a converter on it....that shoudl be too old....if it does, i would just remove it completely and it iwll giveyou more horse power
