I have a 1964 Impala . I left the lights on went to store
came came back out the turn the lights off . Try to start
car but it wouldn’t Start not even the lights would turn on .
I try to jump start with cables and nothing I put a new
battery and nothing not even the lights

Check for burned out fuses, main/mega fuse, starter relay, fusible links, bad/frayed/corroded cable or terminal end. Grab a meter and check for voltage at the starter.
