where is the fuel filter?

Car has been in a barn for 13 years. Fuel is not getting to the enginne.

Should be located underneath the air cleaner in front of the carburetor. It's a small (approx. C-battery-sized) paper element which is housed in a metal container which has a threaded end-cap for removal. Easy to miss if you aren't famiilar with it.
