We found your answer on the Corvette Forum: http://www.corvetteforum.com/techtips/viewsubtopic.php?SubTopicID=123&TopicID=1 This was the best description of replacing the fuel filter we could find. Chevy recommends replacing every 30,000 miles. I hope this helps! CarGrrl
It should be near the carb
Autoguy...I believe that every Corvette since 1984 has been fuel injected...IT DOESN'T HAVE A CARBURETOR! Now that I have that out, it is in line, under the car. Back your corvette up on some ramps or blocks and follow the line out of your tank. You can't miss it. You want to make sure that you relieve the pressure in the line first. This can be a fairly messy job, and it does require a specialty tool, so you might just want to take it to your local shop. The above link is a good one.
