Will a 700R4 trans. interchange with a TH-350 without changing driveshafts or mounts on a 1982 MC

I don't think a 700 has a modulator valve depending on what year 700 you have you may have to run a tv cable up to the carb to controll your shift speeds not sure but just somethign to think about
