My dads 81 vette had storage bags for the tops and they would get stored behind the seats, when not in place of a roof. Otherwise Roy has this one.

of personal experience have never actually seen one...but from an engineering standpoint this simply MUST exist...what about a wind storm...ice...rain...yah mon~!

perhaps the latch is built into the edge of the t-top...that would make sense...like me ole '73 Gremlin back window WAS the back door...and fell off onto the freeway every so often~

Yeah ech top has a latch system with one handle which has a clamp style in the front and locking pin on the back with two stationary pins where the top meets the center of the T bar / center of the car.

If the Corvette has a factory luggage rack on the back deck lid, the T-tops were made to latch/lock on the rack. The T-tops did come with individual bags/sacks/socks to store them in when placing them in the rear behind the seats. Two straps were in the back to hold them in place. The 68 and 69 only had a drop down shelf to store the removable rear window.
