Take fuel line loose from carb, try to aim into container, bump the starter, don't start it. Any gas come out of line? If not, check the fuel pump, it's a mechanical fuel pump according to my parts book. Make sure fuel lines to and from fuel pump are clear. Engine cranking, you have spark at the plugs? Do you think the issue might be other than fuel?
