Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I believe sabotage has been taken upon my truck it was
running one day and then the next day it won't start I
checked the gas it had water in it I checked the firing had a
bad coil I replaced it it's getting fire and it's got good gas
and it still is not starting I even re did my firing order and it
is supposedly right I can turn the distributor either way it
will not start I don't know what my issue is and I've
exhausted all angles

start with basics, pull plug check for fire and if its getting fuel ( wet plug )..verify timing , tdc and firing order. condition of rotor and cap. plugs smell like gas ? checked fuel pressure? is there a check engine lit.
