My truck died 15 minutes into driving it one day. and when i pulled over to restart it the rpms would not raise and
would die but i could hear it trying to go but it seemed like there was not enough gas getting to it. Also its fuel
injected what should i do?

Take the catalyic converter off and check it for obstruction from fallen inside material
check the fuel pressure on the rail and see if its got plenty of pressure. might have a pump going bad or fuel filter is dirty. 85 might have a messed up system with a pump in the tank and one outside the tank (not one of fords better ideas). so if one died you would probably have low pressure
my 87 was doing the same thing, found some wire going to the fuel injectors, were broke off, oh wait 1985 is not fuel injected?
