What kind of tires do F-150 usually run on?

really its your choice. But concider what driving the truck will see. back in 87 it was probablly a good year or frestone. most new 150s have michelins or continentals on them. but the biggest thing is buy a tire for your intended driving. ie highway, off road, combo, towing.
I've always had good luck with michelines my 04 came with generals as i recall.
I loved the Firestone Winterforce on my 2002 F150. I went through a very bad snow storm with the family going around the Great Lakes and everyone felt secure. It almost felt like having a 4x4 with those tires on. The seller told me they were good, but they were better they I'd hope for. And I kept them year-round after 'cause I was doing some light offroad after moving to Alberta.
Thanks guys :) now my only thing is IDK whats wrong with my truck lol... It doesnt want to stay in gear and im not sure what it is.... Its a 1987 F-150 XLT Lariat
