I checked those today I'm getting gas to the fuel rail but still won't start I'm guessing it is electrical what could it be

If you can spray starting fluid into the throttle body and it starts, then there is not an electrical problem with the engine. Low fuel pressure would cause the engine not to start. Change out the fuel filter first, then check the fuel pressure.
