how to adjust e-brake cable on1987 f-250 p/u diesel

first your rear breaks could be worn down enought to not let the e break be working right,you should have them checked first.but as for adjusting them on driver side of frame rail you will see the break cable,hold one side with adj wrench turn other side with adj wrinch,until slack is out of cable.
