Question type: Car Customization

I will probably need a new front drive shaft be cause my truck may be longer. But will the
suspension be compatible on my frame?

Not conpatible, the whole carrage changed in the early 80,s.

Not saying you could not do alot of welding and fab work to do it,but it would be a lot of work, and may not drive to sporty unless you plan on spending some money.

Another thought i had for this truck was adding a second turbo and having one for each bank. Would this be worth doing?

I dont, think it would be much more horse than you would have with the one,and would put more pressure on the engine, meaning you may have to beef the motor up alot more to handle the extra tork the other turbo would put on it and not increase much more horses in the process.
