Dear kuladon-- I have seen 13 inchers on the 1989 Festiva. But you might still want to consider the 12s as they are available.. Try this link. They seem right to me- http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp?speed_rating=R&speed_rating=R&speed_rating=S&speed_rating=T&speed_rating=U&speed_rating=H&speed_rating=V&speed_rating=W&speed_rating=Y&speed_rating=Z&startIndex=0&pagelen=20&pagenum=1&pagemark=1&search=true&vehicleSearch=true&sortValue=18&dg=true&sortCode=30450&width=145%2F&ratio=null&diameter=12&minLoad=S&loadRank=2&manufacturer=Avon&manufacturer=BFGoodrich&manufacturer=Bridgestone&manufacturer=Continental&manufacturer=Dunlop&manufacturer=Firestone&manufacturer=Fuzion&manufacturer=General&manufacturer=Goodyear&manufacturer=Hankook&manufacturer=Kumho&manufacturer=Michelin&manufacturer=Pirelli&manufacturer=Sumitomo&manufacturer=Uniroyal&manufacturer=Yokohama&speed_rating=R&speed_rating=R&speed_rating=S&speed_rating=T&speed_rating=U&speed_rating=H&speed_rating=V&speed_rating=W&speed_rating=Y&speed_rating=Z&performance=AS. Phew! That was the longest link I ever saw. Good luck from Bovan.
