Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1963 Thunderbird, The heater fan works, the heater HEAT selector switch moves and appears to work, The hot water pipe is correct and hot running through the system but I THINK that there is a Vacuum pipe needed somewhere.
Where is connected, how many are there. when I turn the blower on and the water pipes are hot there is NO output under the dash or the windscreen

Any other information will help
thanks

Vacume is needed to opperate the damper doors to direct air flow for heat. The leak can be in dash at heater control lever or in engine compartment,or doors or at rear of roof below back glass air vent, all need to have vacume to opperate.Check all your vacume hoses & storage tank.
