I have a 71 Thunderbird, aprox. 127,000 miles. Car runs great. Negative things- carb. needs to be rebuilt because the accel. value doesn't squirt that extra fuel in so it stumbles on hard acceleration. Little rust on two rear wheel well areas. Original vinyl top, inside spotless. The am radio/8 track tape player works intermittently. I am the second owner, it was given to me by my uncle who bought it new. will post pictures later. Black w/ black vinyl top.

i have a 1970 thunderbird fastback with the center console option. it has 80k original miles, i am the second owner. it is a true survivor car. with original engine, transmission rear axle. she has a 429 4v carb with dual exhaust. in a garage for 21 years before i bought it 2 years ago. now in my garage which is heated and air conditioned. power windows, doorlocks, air conditioning and original stero still work perfectly. interior is a 9+. exterior is a 7, since she has the original paint. the car is in new york. i have 4 pics posted on craigslist. just punch in 1970 ford thunderbird. jerry 516-769-1001

She has the original 429 4V Thunderjet engine, original transmission and rear axle with original yellow top coil and radiator. She will still cruise for hours at 70+ miles per hour.
