Sounds like electrical problem with the dash connector or dash itself. Will need to diagnose this to be sure.

do your parking lights work? if not you blew the small lights fuse (which is also connected to the radio so if youve changed anything there- check your wiring something is shorting out) if they do work then its a different fuse.
